OUR WARRANTY COVERAGE

Every vehicle we sell comes with our dealership warranty. We provide one year of engine and transmission coverage and a lifetime workmanship warranty on work performed by CREDENCE AUTOMOTIVE. Contact our team for the written coverage terms and exclusions for your vehicle.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery or before driving 250 miles after delivery, whichever comes first. The delivery date counts as Day 0. To request a return, email [email protected] within this period.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email our team within the return period. We will explain the next steps and coordinate the return process with you.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Vehicles that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified from their condition at delivery are not eligible for return. Vehicles used as collateral for a loan are also ineligible for return.
